Our Vision

We aim to create tools and networks to address the needs of all immigrants, regardless of immigration status, race or ethnicity, gender identity or sexual orientation, religion, or country of origin.

We also aim to:

  • Serve as a clearinghouse and promote coordination and distribution of resources and information regarding immigration, health, and the law

  • Keep ourselves, our colleagues, patients, clients, and communities informed regarding immigration policies which impact access to health and other public services

  • Develop and promote the importance of mental health resources for those negatively impacted by immigration policies

  • Develop medical-legal partnerships and gather, exchange and disseminate best practices in collaborations between the health and legal sectors and our diverse communities

  • Promote policies within our local, state, and national institutions to support all residents, regardless of country of origin, race or ethnicity, gender identity or sexual orientation, religion or immigration status
