Family Preparedness Plans

What do you do when a patient tells you they are worried what may happen to their children if they are deported? What can we tell our patients who are about to lose their status?

A Family Preparedness Plan is a document where parents and caregivers can list important information about themselves, their families and their children in case they have to be absent, like in the event of detention or deportation.
